Brownstone has been proud to feature several up and coming authors over the years and we have become close and protective over a few. E.W. Brooks is one of our favorites and we are so happy to have her come back and speak to us a few years removed from her last visit. Always someone who can brighten a room with her presence and uplift with her words she stopped by and it was a pleasure. We talk about her last major project and the evolution of the Mafietta franchise and as it was just weeks after the release of Black Panther you know we had to talk about that!
